Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Only one user is allowed currently.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an env variable that would let you set the number of users that can login to your ledokku instance. We set this limit to 1 for security reasons so we need to make it clear that another user will be able to login. ⚠️ Should stay 1 by default.
