增加串口配置选项，将orange pi 3b 的调试串口变为普通串口 #16

我计划使用 orange pi 3b 作为mmdvm热点板的主板，热点板通过第 8，10引脚，即串口2 与主板通讯。
RK系列芯片默认8.10引脚是调试串口。希望改为普通串口
raspi-config中无法修改。
希望能增加修改菜单
