CGI::Tiny example

I've released CGI::Tiny and I think it's pretty stable now. It's meant to avoid CGI.pm's design issues and follow the design of modern frameworks, while still being designed specifically for the CGI protocol, so it may be an appropriate alternative for specific use cases where everything else is too heavy. If you're amenable I could put together a CGI::Tiny example after the Plack one.
