SKATO (optimal.adj) method tests only 7 rho values according to source code. (0, 0.1^2, 0.2^2, 0.3^2, 0.5^2, 0.5, 1)
It conflicts with the manual that says to test 8 rho values.
Is this intended or a bug?
I am using lastest version (2.2.4)
