Project is nice, I'm just wondering what purpose the scanned ips serve. I don't think I can use them as bots

Can you elaborate on what "exploit" in this case means, sorry I'm still trying to figure out stuff.

you hack into them, and infect them using the bot

yeah, or you could exploit them if they are vulnerable
