Revamp Medical Records

Currently, Medical Records are nothing more than a comment on a specific Animal. Medical Records should be more robust, and should accomplish the following:

• Tracking weight over time
• Tracking health status
• Diagnosis
• Medication / Treatment

One way to handle this would be to present a different form for each type of Event. Event types could include:

• Wellness Exams
• Vaccines
• Surgeries
• Medication / Treatment
• General (for simply describing a diagnosis or adding a medical note)
