What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use OPEN or INQUIRE statement in .f program
2. compile (no problems) and run the program
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
fortran runtime error. Not a directly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CCTools 20130825
