Patch release to fix problems installing the Oxygen 8 and other firmware from the M-Audio driver DMG, caused by the rsrc2ihex.py script being Python v2 only, and newer versions of MacOS, especially v12.X (Monterey), only providing Python v3. No changes to the driver itself, just documentation and the installer scripts.

v1.3.0

Release incorporating the excellent contributions of Kurt Revis, fixing bugs in SysEx and memory allocation. Version numbering of the binary has also been corrected. This release has been tested on MacOS v11.6.2 and seems to function correctly. However it has not yet been tested on MacOS v12.1 (Monterey), and may well exhibit the same problems reported for v1.2.0. The binary release is a fat binary with both Intel and ARM architectures.

Internationalization and MIDISPORT 2x4.

• Internationalized the installer, adding a Japanese translation, courtesy of the great work of @aktm8, Thanks!
• Corrected a bug translating resource files to Intel Hex files.
• Added preliminary support for MIDISPORTs with unequal numbers of input and output ports, namely the MIDISPORT 2x4.
• Made more of the behaviour of the driver configurable via the XML config file (numeric port labelling and the SMPTE port, where present on the 8x8/S).

Support for additional devices

• Added support during installation to look for the M-Audio .dmg file in ~/Downloads, and if present, install the firmware files for extra devices. This adds preliminary support for the Oxygen 8, MIDISPORT 2x2 Anniversary, MIDISPORT 4x4 Anniversary devices.
• Addresses an issue where occasionally the USB interfaces available are not properly returned by the IOKit, so a slight delay is added in the retrieval to address the race condition.
• Removed erroneous creation of empty diagnostic output file in /tmp.

First release, MIDISPORT *x* support only.

First version that generates a modern Apple installer package, with README and LICENSE. There is only support for the MIDISPORT 1x1, 2x2, 4x4, and 8x8/S devices in this release.
