Unable to see tooltip pointing to the footnote button

When I set up bigfoot.js on my project, the popover shows up correctly (as a rounded rectangle), but I do not see the little "arrow" on the popover.

Is there a setting that controls this?

Do you have an example page I can look at? Are you using Twitter Bootstrap (I've heard some people say there may be some conflict with the Twitter bootstrap tooltips)?

I have this issue and would love to get a fix. I'm trying to get it setup using Bootstrap 3 but get the issue that debajit mentioned. Did you fix the issue debajit? I've tried to remove the Bootstrap tooltip section to see if it helps but don't have enough experience to find the problem.
