Description:
On multiple occasions, ChatGPT has either performed an internet search or provided incorrect information instead of retrieving the required information from uploaded documents.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upload a document containing specific information.
2. Ask ChatGPT to retrieve or reference information from the uploaded document.
3. Observe if ChatGPT performs an internet search or provides incorrect information.

Expected Behavior:
ChatGPT should retrieve and accurately reference the information from the uploaded document.

Actual Behavior:
ChatGPT either performs an internet search or provides incorrect/made-up information.
