现在是不是不支持 单点登出啊，如果要支持应该怎么做

啊，我看到隔壁有这个 issue 了，所以不打算在这个项目里支持是嘛
我感觉协议定义的挺详细的呀

文档里对 SLO 的描述我有几点不明白：

  1. 应该请求 client 端的哪个 url
  2. xml 里面的 [SESSION IDENTIFIER] 是什么东西

应该请求的 url 是定义在 registered-services 里的 logoutUrl，当然这个里面并没有按照它来实现

The session identifier is the CAS service ticket ID that was provided to the service when it originally authenticated to CAS.

1. 应该请求 client 端的哪个 url

2. xml 里面的 `[SESSION IDENTIFIER]` 是什么东西
