Getting this error - "PQRMAT = np.array([[0, -p, -q, -r], [p, 0, r, -q], [q, -r, 0, p], [r, q, -p, 0]], dtype=float)
ValueError: setting an array element with a sequence. The requested array has an inhomogeneous shape after 2 dimensions. The detected shape was (4, 4) + inhomogeneous part."

Can you please help with this error ?

Same here. Are you using the system requirements? I am not and hesitant to downgrade.
