How do you install Pixiv Omina?

I've been around the this site a couple times and after years and years of seeing open source apps on this site, I still don't know how you install anything on this site. I've been looking around for hours on how to install apps and builds but I can't find anything helpful.

So please tell stupid old me, how do you install this application?

Alright, so for people who are dopes like me, here's what you do:

Got to https://github.com/leoding86/pixiv-omina/releases

On that page scroll below the latest build. There at the bottom of the release notes
you will see a tiny assets drop-down. Click that and you will find the EXE for download.
