Describe the bug
In vanilla MM3D, Tatl doesn't allow you to wear the Goron Mask after getting the Mystery Milk.
With the Project Restoration patch, this it still true if you use a normal item button for the mask, but the D-Pad bypasses this check and lets you wear it anyway.
