建议你下载源码demo 调试成功后再集成，如果源码调试无问题，请自查代码。我这边测试正常，小米cc9P

经过测试发现，貌似小米在第一条通知的时候，有概率不会刷新角标，只到第二条通知发出之后，角标才会刷新
