I have certificate which provided by SEB bank. My website have ssl Digiplan . one more thing test environment is work perfect. My certificate file have only public key and no private key . I am stack here almost 1 month.
SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://appapi2.bankid.com/rp/v4?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://appapi2.test.bankid.com/rp/v4?wsdl"

What format is the certificate and does it have a password ? @ringkubd
