Error Message while trying to add the plugin in Grav-Admin:
"Dependency form is required in an older version than the one installed. This package must be updated. Please get in touch with its developer."

Yikes - same deal, Form v3.0.6.

You can use the fork created for pull request #5 where author of the pr updated Form dependency to the last version.
