Javascript to be run in two parts as anonymous functions in developer console.
Navigate to page report under search queries.
First run function with comment //expand page entries to display search queries. Close any error alerts generated when Google can't find a resource while expanding table.
Then run function with comment //generate download link for TSV for page, query, num clicks. If pop-ups are enabled, it should generate a download link.
