Support target triple as command line argument #150

It would be useful to be able to choose the target triple for the server binary with a '--target' flag so that we can compile to multiple architectures without needing to change any files.

I see that this is support by the environment variable LEPTOS_BIN_TARGET_TRIPLE, that works for me
