Description
Cleanup all tarball packed files & folders from temp directory once the Publish process is over
Motivation and Context
Running the Publish process creates a few files & folders which are used to publish to npm registry, we can cleanup a few of them once the publish process is over. We prefix the temp write with "lerna-" which we then use a glob pattern to delete all of the files/folders found with that same prefix.
