Предположительно из за неверной ссылки 'http://meteoinfo.ru/archive-pogoda/russia/moscow'
должна быть 'https://meteoinfo.ru/archive-pogoda/russia/moscow'

Кроме https ещё поменялась разметка страниц, поэтому модуль сейчас не работает.
