Alarms recycler should have to get the possibility to refresh itself on user swipe

I think that only Sleep Now should has this functionality.

We can change it a little bit and add swipe to refresh not only on recycler but whenever user swipes at 'Sleep Now' tab the refresh event should be received. Animated refresh circle should slide out from the bottom of the toolbar.
