I propose you that we should have an application board of people for strategic development (people who decide what the app should be). In this board I think in the begining we need 4 people (2 from romania 2 from estonnia). We can add in next weeks people with experience from other countries. This group of people will agree which partners or people will accept new code and supervise tech development.
