Investigate if name dict needs to be passed back from threads

If the path conditions are being partitioned to each thread, then any total overlap should only affect these path conditions. Investigate whether the name dict renaming of total overlaps can be done at the end of each thread.

This would avoid the passing of the name dict back to the main thread, and iterating through the set of path conditions to rename them. This may take significant time.
