Normally, we just need the first page for thumbnail.
It's inconvenient and poor performant if generate all pages once you need only one page.
Can you add more parameter? Or can I contribute to your project.

I'd be open to working on this as well if you're open to it.

Users may be able to specify a particular page or all.
