Update unit sequence label reconstruction to support fractions in the exponent #99

There are some cases where the unit is in the form V^2/3.

In order to support this cases we need to understand when the / mark mean division between base or division between <pow>.

When we identify a / mark we shall verify that the following symbol is not <pow>.
