calcurse-caldav cannot sync both cal and todo at the same time due to different paths

When I try to sync calcurse with calcurse-caldav, specifying "cal, todo" in the SyncFilter parameter, I can only sync my calendar hosted on dav.mailbox.org, because my calendar and my tasks have two different paths on the server.

When I create a new TODO item, I get the following error from calcurse-caldav:

error: The server at dav.mailbox.org replied with HTTP status code 403
error: (Forbidden) while trying to access https://dav.mailbox.org/caldav/XXXXXXX

In the URL above, 'XXXXXXX' are the first seven characters of my calendar URL (which has the form dav.mailbox.org/caldav/XXXXXXXXXXXXX, with 14 characters). After checking the URL of my tasks on mailbox, it has the form dav.mailbox.org/caldav/XXX, with only three characters that are not present in the calendar URL.

So my question is: how can I specify one path for the calendar and another path for todo tasks? I would really love to use calcurse, but I need both my appointments and my todos on a daily basis. Many thanks in advance!
