SSOP20 and LQFP32 chips don't expose A9 and A11, you'll need the bigger
LQFP48 chip for that.
A10 is indeed exposed in the smaller chips, (is a hybrid pin labelled as
AREF in the silkscreen). You should be able to use it if you upload by
selecting the LQFP48 core in the menu.
