This task consists of creating an online service that delivers the following information:
the last detected earthquake in relation to a given location (within 250 km from a location we pass in our POST request).
this service must provide a link to have the following data in json file form:

• earthquake longitude : double
• earthquake latitude : double
• earthquake magnitude : float
• alert tsunami : Boolean
