Feature request: NodeJS client

I'd really love to have a NodeJS client with TypeScript type definitions. The request signing part is a bit tedious and error-prone task to do so it'd be great to have that off the shelf ;)

Also, as I skim through the REST API documentation, I also see the benefit of having an own function for each endpoint as the parameters are passed as a tuple, which is quite fragile compared to named parameters.
