BindingAdapter是open class, 可以被重写的. 所以任何回调你都可以通过继承或者匿名类拿到

setup函数也只是简化创建BindingAdapter对象而已

新版本增加ItemAttached具备onViewAttachedToWindow/onViewDetachedFromWindow回调
