Villabanken: should show minus values / account statement not working / credit left should be removed #276

Pull request #245 makes Villabanken work again, but there are still some issues left to fix.

Purchases should be shown as minus values, it's a credit card.
The account statement is not working.
Credit left to use is not really of any interest, just confusing as it is shown as a plus value when it's not really an asset, it's just the maximum usable credit...

I would be willing to let you use my login if needed, just let me know.
