Given that astropy is going to update its copy of erfa to include 2015-Jun-30 leap second (astropy/astropy/pull/3794), we need a release of erfa with (at least) the same change. Package managers that use system erfa will need it.

It seems that the after the last update of the library (#26 ) it was never released

Yes, definitely, @astrofrog and @sergiopasra. Not sure why #26 never turned into a release... I think there was some minor pending question that got lost (and hence the release got lost).

Before I run through the machinery, though, just so we're all on the same page, this is a full backwards-compatible release, right? So the new package version would be 1.2 and the library version should go from (2, 1, 1) to (3, 0, 2). That's my reading of the changes from #26 (which include the leap second).

v1.2.0 is now released, so I'll close this. Thanks for the ping, @sergiopasra
