Docker first, Kubernetes first.
Still a manual deploy, since infrastructure needs to be taken care of before a CI server is setup.

https://github.com/sethvargo/vault-on-gke has various interesting bits.
Want to keep this deployment builder-agnostic, only based on Terraform.
