follow android's default animation speed

Describe your suggested feature

Many apps follow animation speed of the android defaults (developer options). They even get disabled when animations are disabled from Accessibility > Color & motion.
Follow the same on LibreTube also.

Other details

This is necessary for android ecosystem consistency.
