I have to admit I have now educated answer to which version we should pin. Generally, I would prefer to only install a specific version if the distro version is broken for us, instead of always upgrading or even downgrading to a fixed version. |

Well, let's keep it to ~=67.3 for now. This should prevent downgrading setuptools on the bookworm and jammy distro. |
