The code for MacOS < 10.8 was removed long ago, the code for >= 10.8 is not written.

So I just got sndfile-play working again on macOS 13.5 (aka Darwin 22.6.0) Intel.

All I did was hack back in the "AudioQueue API" code that was inexplicably removed so many years ago, and it works perfectly fine.

Why was this code removed? AudioQueue API is not deprecated as far as I know. It works fine on Darwin 22, but for some reason it was limited in sndfile-play to only Darwin 11, and then removed altogether shortly after that.
