cmyk2srgbjpeg for windows

Is there a binary build for this around anywhere? I'm looking for a Windows command line utility to do a conversion of CMYK jpegs to RGB and this seems like just the thing. I found a reference to it here http://libvips.blogspot.com/2011/12/task-of-day-autodetect-cmyk-and-convert.html but nothing in git.

Hi, I should add this to the vips tools area, then it'd get included in the vips distributions. I'll check with Nicolas.

Update: I've chatted with Nicolas and looked through the code. I think the best solution would be a short shell-script, since you can now do most of what cmyk2srgbjpeg does with a single vips8 operation. I'm preparing a blog post about it.
