I think there should be a leaderboard for BOT accounts like there is one for Bullet, Blitz for humans etc.. Rules are the same, rating deviation below 75 and must have played at least once this week in rated (for each variant). Also, another question, how are top rated GMs 3200+ in Bullet but the best Stockfish bots are max 2950? Does the rating system work differently?

Bots are paired with themselves (or at least should be); this makes it so that there are two distinct pools of "players", so a different rating categories when comparing to GMs/normal players.

So the rating system is different right?

No, it's the same rating system. But players don't really play against bots that often and especially not highly rated players (and if they do, they probably don't play rated). This means that bots primarily play against each other or low rated players.

I dont think so... DangerousRide got 3237 in Bullet before, now it is provisional for some reason... My main bot here running Stockfish Dev with 6GB of Opening books on a AMD Ryzen 5950X and 8GB of RAM beats a lot of other bots but doesnt gain as much rating as bots did before...
