Very Urgent! I have had several issues where my account has been unjustly restricted due to abandoning games. This is not a deliberate act from me, sometimes the network goes bad, what am I supposed to do here?? Today I was playing a game and had 1minute+ on the clock, my opponent was down 16seconds and all of a sudden lichess wasn't connecting, I could browse on my phone but lichess didn't open in the browser, by the time it opened i haf lost the game.
