Any game page as a spectator

Steps to reproduce the bug

View game page as spectator

What did you expect to happen?

Be able to click the options button where flip board etc are

What happened instead?

The panel doesn't appear, only visible in landscape

Indeed we forgot the board menu toggle in mobile mode.
