Hiding blocked user mentions in list of spectators

Hi, I've noticed that even though I've blocked someone, I still see their username when we both spectate the same game. Just seeing their username is enough to make the experience unenjoyable for me, and this is a common occurrence since we are both affiliated with the same group. I'm not sure if it's a bug or is intentional, but my suggestion is that all mentions of a blocked user should be removed everywhere, including in the list of spectators. Another recent issue here mentioned blocked user messages appearing in spectator chat, which is related to this.
