A bunch of useless (and some questionably useful) cogs for Red-DiscordBot (V3)

• SFX - Upload and play sounds through Red's voice. TTS included.
• Duel - Duel other members to the death! Port of calebj's Duel cog. Replaced complete randomness with psuedo-random items and equipment.
• Nickometer - Measure the lameness of people's nicknames. Port of tekulvw's Nickometer cog.
• Zalgo - HE COMES. Port of calebj's Zalgo cog.
• Penis - Measure your penis size against other members! Port of Twentysix26's Penis cog.
• MXL - A bunch of Median XL utilities like auction searching, item pricechecking and armory dumping.
