Flot 0.6 Plugin Support

Add support in lift-flot for the plugin system introduced in Flot 0.6. Dependent upon Lift's general Javascript dependency support (Issue 281).

I accidently dragged this issue in the "cardwall" and found no way of canceling the drag-event so I ended up dropping it in the wrong column (test). I dragged it back to "Accepted". Pleace ensure the status is correct. Sorry for the inconvenience.
