I wonder I can expect maintanance or have to fork. There is no activity since May 2019.

Context: As I had hard time dealing even with the daily job, I had assigned Seo Sanghyeon (@sanxiyn) as a backup maintainer for many of my Rust projects since 2019 (I think) but both I and @sanxiyn were unable to react in a timely manner. As such I hereby assign Jeong YunWon (@youknowone) as a second backup maintainer; hopefully this should resolve the maintainance issue, though I do plan to issue at least one major release that includes #7.
