scrolling to top or bottom of post un-collapses comments

• Liftoff version: 0.10.6 (latest)

Describe the bug

Comments get un-collapsed when scrolling to top or bottom of post (to reiterate, NOT pull to refresh... just scrolling to top). it's almost as if the app is refreshing the post, resetting the style of comments without actually leaving the post.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any post with scrollable amount of comments
2. Click on a few comments to collapse
3. Scroll down and check a few comments below the collapsed. then scroll to the top or bottom of the post
4. See error

Expected behavior

Comments should not be opened as I have not left the app. comments should still be collapsed if still in the same post
