Device info

  • Liftoff version: 0.10.9

Describe the bug

When editing your user profile page, setting your Display name to blank does not get this change saved to the instance.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings > Accounts
  2. Click on your account
  3. Scroll down to Display name, set a value and save.
  4. Go and check your account history - already updated!
  5. Repeat 1-3 but clear the Display name field before saving.
  6. Go and check your account history - not updated.

Expected behavior

Should be updated.

Additional context

Also affects Bio, Matrix and Email fields.
