Is your feature request related to a problem?

A user experience problem.

When there are multiple posts on multiple community instances that all point to the same URL they appear as individual entries, clogging up your feed with noise.

Describe the solution you'd like

When the app detects multiple posts with the same content URL it should only show a single post in the user's feeds.

Additionally there should be some sort of visual indicator on the post informing the user this content appears on multiple communities. Perhaps there could be a simple, reduced screen space option in the feed items, possibly as simple as an icon or something. But then when you click in to the full view of the post, all the communities it was cross-posted to should be listed (of what's already downloaded and available in memory, I'm not asking for server side changes).

With one exception, when looking at a user's profile and their posts, you should see everything listed individually. Especially your own.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just using my instance's default web UI, since it already has this feature.

Additional context

Seeing cross-post info on something from a community you follow can introduce you to new communities you may not have known about.
