URL Connection parameter

Hopefully an easy one. Just installed gateone, attempting to connect to a remote server in this manner.

https://mygateoneserver/?ssh=ssh://someipaddress:22
or

https://mygateoneserver/?telnet=telnet://someipaddress:23

but it just lands on the original gateone page. If I login there, it takes me to the server session, and If I follow the link above again, it just opens a new server session. Is there a configuration item that I'm missing?

I too am getting the exact same issue 2 years later. I am missing something as well?
