Can we remove endSystem from event?

Here is the question: for a given entity, will it ever have different end system values?

In other words, is endSystem really a per event thing, or is it a per entity thing?

If it is per entity (this is how we use the term today, so this is almost certainly "yes"), then it doesn't need to be in the event collection, and can be determined from the entity itself in separate configuration, where it is used.

A counter argument would be that, for our internal use cases, it makes it easier to query the event collection for all of an "end system"'s events.
